5 min walk to local shops and bus routes into town. 5/10 min walk to local primary schools and secondary school and doctors. 10/15 min walk to leisure centre, local park/lakes and nature centre. town is approx a 15/20 min walk depending on how fast you walk or how long your legs are :-)
